It can be difficult to find someone you trust to work in your home. With so many high-pressure salespeople, shady contractors, and scam artists out there, it’s natural to feel cautious. So, who can you trust?

As someone who has worked in the Greater Sacramento mobile home service and repair industry since 1986—and who started working on mobile homes as a teenager in the 1960s, I understand your concerns. While I’m no longer able to crawl under or climb over mobile homes myself, I still know the best professionals in our area for any repair needs.

Over the years, I’ve gotten to know which companies are reliable, licensed, insured, and truly understand how to work on mobile homes. I’ve seen their work firsthand, and I would trust them with my own home. On the other hand, I also know which contractors to avoid.

I have known and worked alongside Conrad for 40 years. He and his wife Loraine are one of our closest friends. Our children were raised together. Conrad is a master at his craft and has been working around  mobile and modular housing for decades.
