Why do I do this?

I want to show my appreciation for the great support the local mobile home community has given me over the years.

I have been serving the greater Sacramento area since 1986 as Young’s Mobile Home Service. I am  semi-retired and now only do Mobile Home Inspections and Consulting work. I am distressed at seeing all the high-priced, high-pressure sales companies starting to get into the mobile home field, essentially raising the costs to the community that are trying to get by on a fixed income. I feel that this community needs a reliable person to help them keep from getting taken advantage of. I am making myself available, free of charge, to answer any questions you may have about your mobile home.
